* Breakdown Call Outs are a set fee of £45 to attend site.  Labour is then charged for the duration of the time spent on site and all parts and consumables used are charged in addition.  

* If we have to take the machine into the workshop for a repair,  collection and return delivery fees are applicable for all machines.  

* All parts have individual warranty, this depends on the actual part and which supplier we obtained the part from.  If a part fails, We have to follow the warranty procedure for the individual supplier. We will minimise the machines down time for as little time as possible, however warranty time frames are out of our control. 

* Labour is charged at a hourly rate of £40. 

* All wearable parts on all machines are not covered on servicing, This is including but not limited too: All belts, bearings, cables, wheels, decks, pulleys, etc. 

* Payments are due as per invoice instructions or on the re delivery / collection of the machine. 

* Payment methods accepted are Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash. 

* Non Payment of invoice will incur additional charges and daily interest.
